Questions before you join
How do I pay?
Pick a plan, enter your name, Gmail and WhatsApp number, and we email you our Whish Money details. Send the amount from your Whish app. You don't need to send a receipt: we check our own Whish account for a payment from you (that's what your WhatsApp number is for).
When do I get access?
As soon as we see your payment in our Whish account and confirm it, we email you an access token. Paste it on the login page to sign in. This usually takes a few hours, and sooner during the day.
How long does my access last?
Each payment gives you one month. Your token works until the end of that month.
How do renewals work?
Whish Money cannot charge you automatically, so we email you two days before your renewal date, then again on the day with the payment details. Pay again in your Whish app and, once we see it, we send you a new token for the next month.
What if I forget to renew?
Your access ends at the end of the renewal day. The next day we email you to confirm it has been turned off. You can rejoin any time.
