This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Coursino collects at http://localhost:3000 and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Membership information: your name and email address, the plan you chose, your payment history with us (dates, amounts, status) and when your access starts and ends.
Your access token: we store only a one-way hash of it, never the token itself.
WhatsApp number and payment check: at checkout we ask for your WhatsApp number so we can match your Whish Money payment to your membership (we look in our own Whish account for a payment from your name and number). We may also message you on WhatsApp about your membership or payment. We do not ask for a receipt, and we do not receive or store your card or bank details; payment is made in the Whish Money app.
Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address (and first name if you gave it). We email you a confirmation link first, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Chat assistant: the questions you type to the assistant on our site. If you ask it to pass your question to us, we also receive your name, email and the conversation, like a support message.
Community posts: what you write in the forum, shown with your name to other members.
Support messages: your name, email and message if you contact us.
Anonymous visit counts: we count visits and which pages are viewed, as totals only, with no cookies and no personal identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to: set up and run your membership, send you payment, token, reminder and account emails, answer your questions, run the community, keep records of payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site:
Cloudflare hosts the website, delivers it securely, and stores our member records (in a database) and uploaded files (in a private storage bucket).
Resend sends our emails (payment instructions, access tokens, reminders, support replies) and our newsletter, and keeps the newsletter subscriber list.
Cloudflare Workers AI may be used to write the chat assistant's answers from our own website pages. Your question is processed to produce the answer.
WhatsApp (Meta): the chat button on our site opens a conversation in WhatsApp. Once you are in WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Whish Money processes payments in its own app under its own privacy policy.
These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
4. How long we keep it
We keep member and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, support and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@example.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to what we are required to keep by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed access tokens and signed links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
