1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of http://localhost:3000 (the "Site") and your membership with Coursino ("we", "us"). By requesting a membership or signing in you agree to these terms.
2. What a membership is
A membership gives you access, for one month at a time, to the members-only library, downloads and community areas included in the plan you chose. Which areas a plan includes is shown on the Pricing page. Content is delivered online; nothing physical is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) per month. Payment is made manually via Whish Money, because Whish does not support automatic recurring payments. After you request a membership we email you our Whish payment details; you pay in the Whish app (there is no receipt to send). We check our own Whish account for your payment, matching your name and the WhatsApp number you gave us, and we activate your membership once we confirm it. We may decline a request if payment cannot be verified.
4. Access token
When your payment is confirmed we email you a personal access token. It is how you sign in. It is valid for the month you paid for and is replaced by a new token each time you renew. Keep it private: you are responsible for activity under your token, and you must not share it. We may turn off a token that is shared or abused.
5. Renewals
Memberships do not renew automatically and we never charge you automatically. Two days before your month ends we email you a reminder. On the last day we email you our payment details again. If you pay before we turn your access off and we confirm your payment, we send you a new token for the next month. If we do not receive a renewal, your access ends at the end of that day, and the next day we email you to confirm it has been turned off. You are welcome to rejoin at any time.
6. Refunds
Because content is delivered instantly, payments are non-refundable once your access is active. If you cannot access what you paid for because of a problem on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or, where we cannot, offer a refund.
7. Community rules
Be respectful. Do not post unlawful, hateful, misleading or spam content. We may hide content and suspend access for people who break these rules.
8. License and intellectual property
Members get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for their own learning or work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share it. All content on the Site is owned by Coursino or its licensors.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access, interfere with its operation, or submit false information.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The chat assistant on our site gives general information taken from our website pages and may make mistakes. If an answer differs from these Terms, a plan page or an email we sent you, those prevail. You can always ask for a person.
The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coursino is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the month concerned.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
